Lawrence Sapp Sets a New Paralympic Record

Lawrence Sapp came to the 2018 U.S. Paralympics National Para Swimming Championships to defend five titles.  He was able to set a new Paralympic record, win 3 gold medals as well as 2 second place finishes during the 2018 US Paralympic National Championships in Tucson, AZ.  He is nothing short of amazing.

Lawrence is 17 years old and swims for the Nation’s Capital Swim Club.  His favorite events are the 100 butterfly, 200 IM and the 200 freestyle.
