The Web's #1 Family Resource for
African-American Swimmers

Ava Napier, 11, swims for the Western Wahoos in Delaware.  Ava received the team award for Most Improved  for the 2017 winter swim season. At the beginning of the season Ava set a goal to make it to The East Field District Championships, a YMCA swim meet. Ava not only met her goal and qualified for YMCA Districts, she also qualified for Winterfest.

Ava continues to drop time in her events and always listens to her coaches feedback to help improve her technique.

Black Kids Swim is SO PROUD of Ava and her dedication to the sport of swimming. We look forward to hearing of her next accomplishments in and out of the pool!
